06:43	m & f. Black 69 chased off Buzzard that was cruising over Police Station, stooping over 6 times forcing Buzzard to back roll and present talons. Mrs N passively looked on from window ledge. No sign of reported juveniles in 3 visits. SU472669.

05:40	male & fem. Both male 'Black69' and female present on the BT Exchange building roof top, observed for 3.5 hours. Repeated attempts to catch feral pigeons on the BT building, flying over the railway station and circling over Corn Exchange area. None were successful. Female eventually appeared with part-eaten carcass, prob feral pigeon, and ate it to the bone. She then dropped to a high window ledge, followed soon afterwards by Black 69. There was no feeding attempt made to the nesting area within the 3.5 hours of observations. SU471670.

08:00	male. male 'Black69' sat on a high east-facing window ledge of the BT Exchange for 2 hours, despite the rain stopping and the sun coming out briefly. No sign of the female this morning. Together with Moday's obs., not looking promising. SU471670.

06:15	1m & 1f. male [Black 69] brought in adult Starling and handed it over to female, who came off the eggs to eat it. She preened and stretched for 15 mins and then went back on the eggs, due tomhatch about the 20th May. SU471670.

14:35	87 Lapwing flew off, one remained... It had a go at keeping up with the Peregrine and while it kept close it looked like a good tactic. Then the Peregrine looped upwards and into a stoop and grabbed it. It flew about 50m and dropped it into the lake a few metres from the shore. It flapped about and dived into the reeds. Hasn't come out yet. Peregrine sat in the oak waiting...
