Put up from the northern side of the stream that runs through the steeply sided valley north-east of the main car park within the wood. Also noted in this area were a Lesser Redpoll, three Siskin, singing Bullfinch, three Great Spotted Woodpecker, Nuthatch, Treecreeper and two Roe Deer.
