m+f. Daytime sighting. Male churred briefly and then flew into sunlight ... watched 5m up on branch down to 10m for 25 mins, mobbed briefly by willow warbler. Visible at 75m range. Female also seen at close range and in flight.

2m. Birding session spoiled by kids on a deafening unsilenced motorbike. I found the numberplate (ripped off) and have handed this to the police. The bike is stolen.They have asked me to contact them immediately if I see them again.Please do likewise. You can't miss the horrible din. Thanks.

At least 3 birds churring loudly in the area east of lookout tower. Two in a wing clapping feud including fighting and posturing on the ground very close to me. Not seen this before, possible mating ritual?

Heard churring and then a brief veiw before it flew away. In clearing next to the bridge. Make sure you dont wear shorts and t shirt and take some mozzy repelland otherwise you will get bitten!
