male. Just east of railway bridge over Thames southeast of Streatley. Observed at close range from bankside attempting to land on dead oak on opp bank, but mobbed off by crows. Clearly male. Flew away to North. (I Have been monitoring the species in south Wales all summer so +ve ID no doubt.) .

Heading fast East at far end of BSL, seen from Lavell's car park, so distant. Approx 300ft up, circled over Golf Course area for while before continuing ENE, in view for about 3 minutes. Too far to distinguish underparts, but notibly long tailed, large winged and small headed!
