One of a pair feeding on the grass made a lunge at the Canada Goose brood, grabbing and carrying away one Gosling. Luckly the Golsing was too heavy to carry, and it was dropped twice, before it was rescued by its parents.

Rising up over M4 at J5 from the waste tip towards the flats. Was like a black cloud. Incredible number of birds, probably more than 300!! May also have been Rooks? Is this usual for the time of year?
