| 10:00 | The duck (now thought to be a 1st winter male) with the pink bill on closer inspection today has a pink nose saddle with the number 6 on each side and on the front in black. Preliminary investigations suggest it comes from France, Portugal or Czec Republic (With IW,RHa). | |||

| 10:00 | Female Tufted duck type. Black tip to bill then blue grey followed by a black strip and the rest of the top mandible (about two thirds of bill length) red pink colour. The bill appeared longer than usual but this may have been due to the unusual colour. Duck otherwise looked like a typical tufted female. Seen with Ian Weston. | |||
