| Both adult drakes still present but strangely mobile. Initially with 148 Northern Pochard on Sandford after being flushed by burning and a work party on the Middle Lake, they later returned to Black Swan Lake where they resorted to hanging out with Mallard and a small flock of Tufted Duck. One bird is bearing a metal and yellow ring (00U5) and both are assumed to be from a German reintroduction programme where 230 birds have been released since 2012. | ||||
