male. Looked smallish so prob a male. Flew in from west fast and then veered southwards towards Northcroft leisure centre and the river Kennet. No jesses visible so probably not the escaped hybrid reported a few weeks ago. Perhaps the bird from the BT building? SU462677.

Back on its old (now revamped) haunt of the (now buttress-free) Thames tower for the 1st time that I've seen in over 3 years. On 2nd floor from top window ledge. Far right. Facing station. Eating something in relative privacy despite being at a window... the top 2 floors of the new Thames Tower still not occupied yet. SU713738.
