12:15 | fem. on Thames near Cleeve Court. Seen from towpath, at about 30m at closest. As not far from home, hurried back to collect camera & lens having taken a record shot on my phone, but as focusing on it after collecting the camera, it flew off north (12-20). Walked north to try to relocate but no luck - not surprising as there was a party of noisy children & a cabin cruiser! Only second I've seen on the Thames in 53 years. | |||
