juv. Still present and flying low around W end of pit, viewed from near pylon by the road. Also seen perched on a yellow buoy at c. 200m.

juv. still present currently flying around NE corner. Definitely one for me, secondaries continue to look nothing but white. Landed on buoy for a while where seen to have dusky short legs and short bill but not all black, basal third red.

juv. Flying around lake continuously, finally settled on water at 20:30 and seen upto last light 20:45, flying upwind to settle on water again to the west of orange buoy that is west of Oystercatcher island. Looked good on jizz, dinky, small head, short bill. Difficult judging colours but looked good in that regard too: no obvious ginger tones, carpal bar not prominent. Grey Heron tried taking it in flight several times. The only tern on the lake from first sighting to last.

In amongst thirty CommonTerns, but these three kept close together-always n.of Oystercatcher and East Island.
