The total number of Stonechats in the rough grassland on the south side of the river at Fobney Island is probably between 5 and 10 (in addition to the 3 fem/imm plumage birds seen today, I have seen 2 males plus other birds over the last week). In addition there are at least 4 birds in and around Fobney Meadow.
